Yes. We would not promote anything on MyDesignDeals that we wouldn't purchase and use ourselves. If you have an issue with any deal you purchase on MyDesignDeals, contact us and we will take care of you.
How do I create an account?
When you are ready to purchase a deal, you will automatically be asked for the necessary information upon checkout. An account is automatically created for you so you can login at any time and re-download your files or access any product keys or coupon codes. You can also click here to register for an account manually.

No, but it is highly recommended. Since our deals last for a limited time, you will never miss the opportunity to snag one before it's gone.
How do I get my deal after it I pay for it?
If your purchase is a file download, you will receive a download link immediately after completing your payment, as well as a confirmation email with a download link. You can also login to your account at any time to download your purchased deals.
If you purchase was for a coupon code or product key, you will receive an email with your code. You can also login to your account at any time to get your product keys or coupon codes.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is the recommended payment method as it offers the best buyer protection available and makes checkout a breeze.
What other payment methods do you accept?
We also accept Visa and Mastercard through PayPal's Website Payments Standard interface.

Deals are posted every week, throughout the week. We don't have a set schedule, so when something great comes up, we do our best to get it ready for you as soon as possible.
